Who we are

Khan Al Saboun sells authentic handmade soaps, oils, and related products crafted in Lebanon and offered to customers in the United Arab Emirates through this online store.

Using this website

By browsing or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products

We sell authentic Khan Al Saboun products, handmade in Lebanon. Photos and descriptions are provided in good faith. Natural ingredients can vary slightly in colour or scent from batch to batch.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in AED. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email or begin fulfilment. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or payment cannot be completed. If that happens we will refund any amount already paid.

FREE UAE DELIVERY

Orders above AED 400 qualify for free UAE delivery. Delivery fees for smaller orders appear at checkout.

Secure payments

Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

Your responsibilities

Please provide an accurate UAE delivery address and contact details. You are responsible for using products as directed and checking ingredients if you have allergies.

Intellectual property

All brand names, photos, text, and designs on this site belong to Khan Al Saboun or their licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Dubai, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new orders placed after the update.
