Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

What can be returned

• Unopened soaps, oils, and gift boxes in original condition
• Unused items with seals, labels, and packaging intact
• Wrong or damaged items we sent in error

What cannot be returned

• Opened or used personal-care products, for hygiene reasons
• Items missing original packaging or gift wrapping that cannot be resold
• Sale or custom items marked as final sale

How to start a return

Message UAE WhatsApp Support at 00971582004098 or email info@khanalsaboundxb.com with:

• Your order number
• The product name and quantity
• A short reason, plus photos if the item arrived damaged

We will confirm the next step and the return address.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after we receive and check the item. Please allow a few business days for the bank or card issuer to show the refund.

Delivery charges

If the product was faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transit, we cover the return. For change-of-mind returns, delivery fees are not refunded and return shipping may be deducted unless we agree otherwise.

FREE UAE DELIVERY

If a qualifying order above AED 400 is partly returned and the remaining value falls below AED 400, the original delivery fee may be deducted from the refund.
